"VIP" Annuity Application Processing Services

In cooperation with American General Life Company Insurers, EPIS has built an integrated platform for the submission of new Annuity applications and written underwriting requirements to American General's Annuity Division.

This allows EPIS to provide you unparalleled levels of service from the date of submission all the way through to the issued and paid for status. Our "VIP" service is like providing you with your own "back office support", bringing the phrase "shoot and forget" back into focus.

1) Fax or Email (in PDF format) your Annuity applications or requirements to newbusiness@episleads.com Attn: New business or Fax to 209-759-9513. Please make sure you use a cover page.

2) EPIS will scrub the Annuity application for all the necessary forms such as Funds Transfer forms, disclosures, proper signatures and make sure all the sections of the application are complete and assign a case manager. We will contact you within 24 hours if we need more from you.

3) EPIS will then electronically transmit the application, so we can get it into  American General Life Companies system, so you can view it on their website within a few days and allows them to post any requirements needed.

4) This allows us to provide you with the policy number right away so you may work on 3rd party Fund transfers and assignments with a policy number in hand.

5) You then mail the original to EPIS (with the policy # on it) and we will overnight it to the Annuity division to be matched with the file.

ATTENTION: Written underwriting requirements can be submitted the same way.

This process of getting you policy number right away assures you the fasted possible service and file set up at Home Office. It also starts the case management within days opposed to a week or more.

Mail your application to: EPIS, PO BOX 266, Clements, CA. 95227
