Steve started his career at 17 years old as a debit agent for the Prudential Insurance Company in 1977. After starting his own marketing agency in 1979 he began his relationship with Old Line Life Insurance Company out of Milwaukee, Now known as " American General". Steve's relationships with the present management, underwriters and support staff of American General dates back for 29 years. Steve feels privileged to have such an exceptional and long standing relationship with these industry leaders. And has built one of the oldest and well known Independent Marketing Organizations in the country.
He prides himself in utilizing the most up-to-date and innovative technologies, including virtual office and integrated software solutions which led to EPIS's paperless work environment in all of its operations.
Steve's marketing firm has enjoyed many leadership awards over the years and is a leader in premium production and customer service arenas in the Life Insurance industry. Steve is a pioneer in the lead generation business and was the first to make leads available to agents nationwide.
His present mission is to build EPIS into the largest Independent Marketing Organization useing American General's product portfolio.
Steve and his wife Melody of 28 years enjoy their four children and are living at their horse ranch located in California's Central Valley. Steve's hobbies include a good Horse, Aircraft racing, Automobile collecting, Cooking and spending time with his family and friends.
