In cooperation with American General Life Company Insurers, EPIS has built an integrated platform for the submission of "New business and written underwriting requirements" to provide live integration with the underwriting process.
This allows EPIS to provide you unparalleled levels of service from the date of submission all the way through to the issued and paid for status. Our "VIP" service is like providing you with your own "Back Office Support", bringing the phrase "shoot and forget" back into focus.
All Life applications and written requirements are submitted to EPIS either by fax or you can scan and e-mail them to our new business department by using a PDF file. Our back office staff then scrubs the application for accuracy and contacts you immediately for any requirements before submission to the underwriter.
1) We will provide you the Policy number within 24 hours by Email or fax and assign the EPIS Case manager to your file.
2) The application is submitted electronically to an American General Life Company Insurers underwriting team
3) The application File is set up and viewable on American General Life Companies website 24 hours a day with 2 way communication between you and case management team.
4) EPIS then follows the case from start to finish; keeping you informed each time the case is looked at, updated, requirements requested or if the case is issued.
5) EPIS then will remind you if there are still outstanding delivery requirements and the case file has set dormant for more than 10 days.
