In order to qualify for use of the restricted areas, you must be contracted through EPIS Inc.'s active Insurance carriers under EPIS's hierarchy. You must be in good standings with said carriers and with the state and local governmental agencies in the states you do business. EPIS Inc. reserves the right to request additional information at any time prior to being approved to use this site and/or to maintain a business relationship in the future. EPIS reserves the right to revoke the user's privileges at any time without notice.
Confidentiality: Any information provided by you to establish a business relationship with EPIS Inc. shall be the property of EPIS and subject to and protected by the electronic communications privacy act. While you're an active member of this website you will receive communications from EPIS Inc. from time to time via e-mail or written letter. This information will consist of but not be limited to: Product introduction and updates, copy written and trademarked educational material which cannot be duplicated or disseminated to others without EPIS Inc. written authorization.
Option to be removed from this web site and its services (OPT-OUT): You may at any time, as is your right to "OPT-OUT" of being a member and having login privileges to EPIS Inc.'s web site removed. Simply click on the "contact us tab" and send us a written communication with your request to be removed from being an "Active member". Upon receipt and within a reasonable time EPIS will remove your use privileges from this site. EPIS Inc. may still from time to time e-mail you regarding EPIS or about the carriers that you may be contracted under its hierarchy. EPIS reserves the right at any time to cancel any active contracts you may have with its represented Insurance carriers without stated cause or further notification.
Liability: EPIS will use all reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of personal identifying information and/or all other proprietary information. Information transmitted over the Internet is not absolutely secure and EPIS Inc. shall have no liability for any confidential data or proprietary information used by unauthorized parties due to errors and/or omissions by EPIS Inc. or the unauthorized acts of others.
Dissemination of information to third parties: EPIS Inc. reserves the right to disclose to third parties information regarding site and related services usage any information disclosed will not identify an individual user. Any information collected by an Insurance carrier initiated by you for the purpose of signing up for carrier hosted webinars may contain personal information. EPIS may not have control over such information provided and therefore is not subject to any liability for its use in the future by that carrier.
